Hiking & enjoying

Beautiful trails lead directly from Fügen up to alpine pastures and peaks. If you like to take it easy, start with the Spieljochbahn cable car and walk to one of the rustic huts. Those who want to go higher will be rewarded with fantastic views.

Cycling through the valley

Whether you cycle through the valley or take an e-bike up to the alpine pastures, the Zillertal is a paradise for cyclists. Many tours start right in the village. Along the way, you can stop for a bite to eat or a dip in the cool water.

On hot summer days, head to the swimming lake in Schlitters or the outdoor pool in Fügen. And if you prefer something more relaxing, the thermal spa is just around the corner – with warm water and a view of the mountains.
